Prior to joining Milestone, Laura worked as a teller at a local retail bank where she helped customers with making deposits and processing loans. After graduating from Maury High in 2016, she attended Christopher Newport University as a Biology and Psychology major for a year and a half. Coming to terms of not liking the sciences as much and realizing she liked numbers more; she transferred to Tidewater Community college where she received an Associates of Business & then on to Old Dominion University & received her Bachelor’s in Finance.
Laura was born and raised in Norfolk, VA. She moved to Asheville, North Carolina in 2021 to be closer to family & she now works remote there. She likes to hike & work out in her free time with her husband, Andrew & her 2 labs. She also enjoys baking & reading. She looks forward to working with you.
