Brian Bean

Financial Advisor

Brian has more than 35 years of experience as a personal financial advisor. From 1986 to 2004, he was a retirement planning specialist serving clients through several large employers in the Southside of Hampton Roads.

In 2004, Brian transitioned his practice to work mostly with a smaller group of clients as an independent advisor. He loves providing personalized, comprehensive planning and investment services to help his clients achieve financial peace and success, not only for themselves but also for their families for generations to come. Through his long and successful relationships with his clients, Brian now has the pleasure of working with the next generation: their kids and grandkids. Brian serves his clients and their families and friends wherever they land throughout the United States.

Brian grew up in Virginia Beach and has spent the past 37 years living in Norfolk with his wife, Becky, and their three daughters (Erin, Blair, and Taylor), all of whom are now married. Brian and Becky are enjoying time with their four grandchildren (Rosie, Peyton, Ben and Emmet).

In addition to enjoying their grandkids, Brian and Becky enjoy biking, working out, the beach, and traveling to beautiful hiking spots like Acadia National Park in Maine.

During COVID, Brian expanded his green thumb into an extensive succulent and tropical plant collection, much of which is displayed at the office. He also started a pottery hobby with his daughter Blair.
